The garment workshop is housed in a large and standard factory building and is staffed with high-calibered managerial personnel and well-trained technical personnel.Here are imported computerized fabric cuttters machines, automatic spreader, automatic strip cutters and sewing machines, all being brand names imported from Daika,Brother and Juki of Japan and other countries. They are characterized by computer-programmed thread suction and no pollution. All T-shires, leisure wear, sports wear,sleeping gowns are exported to Japan, Europe,American and other countries and regions. At the same time, to meet customer requirement for high quality,the production equipment and workers are divided into groups by product category.The weaving workshop has annual capacity of 5 million pieces of garment.
The printing workshop is a large one staffed with over 100 current workers. It is reputed for "excellent credit and good product quality" among its peers. It is provided with 4 printing lines and a series of sophisticated printing & dyeing equipment like imported boarding machine, circular-screen printing machine and flat-screen printing machine.
The embroidery workshop is provided with the world latest multi-color and large-span computerized embroidery machines and auxiliary equipment, complete with full-automatic scanners for process design. It is staffed with 5 technical specialists and has a daily production capacity of 20,000 pcs, with product lines covering patch embroidery, handmade embroidery, chain embroidery, cord embroidery and so on.
The weaving workshop is housed in a large and standard factory building, where there are over 30 circular knitting machinesfor rib towel, interlock, sweatshirt (4 color, 6 color) and single-sided stripe cloth. Staffed with 6 intermediate or senior technical personnel, the workshop has formed a comprehensive system integrating fabric research & development, weaving, marketing and after-sales service so that the annual weaving capacity approaches 10,000 ton. The products come in complete varieties of jersey,terry, rib, air layer, waffle checks.The use of quality and choice yarns of extra length enables us to produce the world first class 100% cotton grey fabrics.Meanwhile, we have maintained long-term and good strategic relationship with a number of quality fabric manufacturers.This ensures timely and stable supply ofdifferent quality fabrics and expanded our product lines. In the field of applications of new fabrics, we have succeeded indeveloping the sweat-absorbing fabrics, UV ray proof fabrics, germ proof fabrics and so on.
